A - Disclosure :- SinkPAD technology is a type of metal core PCB where LED’s thermal pad is in “direct contact” with the base metal of the PCB. Though dielectric used has a higher breakdown voltage & dielectric strength but it is not applicable to a SinkPAD board due to the fact there is NO dielectric at all at LED’s thermal pad and base metal of a SinkPAD PCB. User must consider this fact to meet their insulation requirement at the fixture level prior to using it.
